You can walk to mong Kok station to take the Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station. Take the Exit K and walk about 600 yards to the peak tram station. Then take the tram to the peak.

Thanks Henry,
Is Mongkok Station and Mongkok East station different?
As Mongkok East station is very close to Royal Plaza Hotel, can I get MTR from Mongkok east station to Victoria Peak? And if that's not possible I would like to know how far is Mongkok station from Royal Plaza hotel?

Yes, these are two different metro stations. Mongkok East Metro Station is nearer to your hotel. But if you wanna take a subway from this station, you need to transfer the subway two times. It's not convenient for you. So you are still suggested to take it from Mong Kok Station. From your hotel, you can walk southwest around 0.6 miles.
