How long is it from Hekou North (Hekoubei)  Railway Station to Hekou-Lao Cai border? Is it within walking distance?

It is not in walking distance, you still need to take bus to Lao Cai.

If you see from the map, it seems about 5km only. Cannot find bus online but there would be private cars there.
