You can go to Baoda Xiang Shopping For Kids. Lots of stores there sell all kinds of children clothes and shoes. Most of them have good quality and reasonable price. It's located at No.685, East Nanjing Road, Huangpu District.

For the lights, Haoshijia Lighting Market is a good choice. You can find what you need there. The address is No.198, Caoxi Road, Xuhui District. You can go and see.
