There is no such train service. Would you mind taking a bus instead? At the Regency Hotel, there are two buses available at 09:00 and 16:00. The travel time is about 5 hours. You can book or buy the ticket from the hotel.0

No direct train route is available. You can go to Chaoshan Railway Station to take a bullet train to Shenzhen North. Upon arrival, you can take the subway Longhua Line to Futian Port. Pass the border, you will reach HK, and you can use the East Rail Line to the downtown area0
