About:Yuanyang Rice Terraces

I'll be visiting the rice terrace of yuanyang on 30/10 - 2/11, is the rice field filled with water?

Generally speaking, from November to February next year, the rice fields were filled with water. So maybe you can see the impressive scenery at that time.
