This airport provides free Wifi Service. However, as I know, there is no shop in the airport that sell SIM Card. One China Mobile is located about one mile away from the airport. It's located at No.8 to 10, the north side of Dengfu Road, Denggang Town, Jiedong County. You can go and see. Or you can take the shuttle bus to get to downtown area. There are many branches of China Mobile and China Unicom for you to choose.
