Are there smoking areas at PVG, the terminal in which American Airlines goes in and out of?

Also, is there a Global Entry line in customs and are there lines in security for Global Entry Passengers?

As I know, there is no special smoking area inside the terminal building. You need to smoke outside.
In addition, there is a special passageway in customs and security for international entry passengers.
