Travelling to Fu Le Shan Park from Mianyang

For travelling to Fu Le Shan Park, what is the best way to go there (by bus, train or taxi) and how many hours for travelling?

Well, where do you start from in downtown area?
Take MY Railway Station as an example, take bus no. 29, get off at Haizong Road Station. Then walk northeast around 550 yards to find the park. It takes around 30 to 40 mins on the way.
If by taxi, the cab fare is CNY 15 to 20.
