From HKIA to Guangzhou city

Hi Good day. Can tell me what is the easier and time saving way to transport from HKIA to Guangzhou city on 22/10/15? Thanks.

Oh, you are suggested to take direct long-distance bus at the airport and arrive at Guangzhou.
The bus schedules are from 07:00 to 22:45 with the interval of 20 to 30 mins. The ticket fare is 250 HKD per person. The duration is about 3.5 hours.
