I will be visiting canton fair october 2015. I wish to know what kind of clothes should i carry according to weather conditions

According to the weather forecast, the temperature will be from 16 to 31 Celsius Degrees. It might drizzle sometimes. I think you can wear T-shirts and thin jeans in daytime. If it rains, then please add a jacket. And do not forget to bring an umbrella in case it rains heavily.
