You can buy the entrance tickets at the Tourists Service Center. If you have Chinese friends, you can ask help for them and book the discount tickets online.
As I know, you can find some tour guides near the entrance of the scenic area. But I'm not sure whether they have English speaking guide or not. You can see when you arriving.1
