About:How to Apply for a China Visa

I have a wet reckless misdeamnor record in U.S.

Should I declare it on the application? If no, will they find out? If yes, will I get a visa?

Mike, I think it's not a big deal. You can choose to state it on the paper or not. Even though you indicated this on the application form, it won't have big influence on the application result.
