VISA application to Canton Fair

Hi. My Partner and myself want to participate canton fair. This is our 2nd visit. I send one of our representative to collect application. But he couldn't get it because you all are in holidays till 8th. If I download this application and submit to you with required docs, Is it correct? Could you please let me know
