if I need go to the following place starting from Shanghai, how can I plan to go? thanks.

Hubei - Qingdao - Guangdong - Shandong

First of all, Hubei, Guangdong and Shandong are provinces in China. Each of them contains many cities. Qingdao is one of cities in Shandong.
From Shanghai, you can go to Shandong first, then Hubei and Guangdong last.
The transportation is convenient. Flights, high-speed trains and long-distance coaches can take you to these destinations easily.
