It takes about CNY 40 and 30 minutes if there is no traffic jam.
Yes, a taxi can allow 4 passengers if your are not too big.
The taxi stands are located outside: 1) Gate 2, Arrival Hall, T1; 2) Gate 4&5, Arrival Hall, T2. You can find them easily following direction boards.
