Question

About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I have a multiple entry business visa with maximum stay 90 days, that expires on 3rd November.

If I enter China on 2nd November, I know that I can stay 89 days after the expiry, but can I leave mainland to go to Hong Kong and return to mainland again during this 89 day period, or does it effectively expire the day I leave, even if it is inside the 89 days?

Thanks
San

Hi Santo, your 90-day stay duration will expires automatically on the day you leave, even it's inside the 89 days.
