About:Shanghai Travel

I am travelling to Shanghai (qingpu area), for 8 days with a stopover 1.5 hours, do I need a visa?

I am a bit confused. How long will you stay? If you just transit less than 24 hours, you don't need to apply. If you stay for 8 days, then you should apply for a tourist type in advance before you go.
