Bus or train from Beijing to Tianjin

What is the best way to go from Leo Hostel in Dazhalan in Beijing to Jinjiang Inn No.47 Xianyang Rd, Tianjin West Railway Station, Tianjin?

I prefer to go by long distance bus but if the traffic jam is going to be very bad, then which railway station is the nearest between Beijing and Tianjin based on where I am staying as above?
