Hi,What is required to move to china with my chinese wife as she is still a chinese citizen ? She is currently out of china as she has been living with me. Which is the best visa i need to apply to permantly live with my wife in china?Thanks

You can't live with her permanently unless you apply for the green card (permanent resident permit). However, it's too difficult for you to acquire this even you meet all the requirements. If you plan to stay with her, then you should get married and apply for Q1 type. It allows you to stay more than 180 days. And you should understand that you can't work under Q type.
