Where to stay in Shanghai?

In this month I'm planing to visit the city for vacation and till now I don't know where to stay and where to find good cheap hotels I heared Pudong is the best area can you please eco end for me some good and cheap hotels in Pudong area. I'm interested in dining bars pubs night life

Yes, they are the best places for nightlife. For bars, the Bund and Xin Tian Di have more great ones, attracting many foreigners.
