Sorry, the map I know are all in Chinese. But for the mentioned route, you can take the airport shuttle to City Terminal in shantou, then walk to the north of Coach Station to take bus 12 to Guoxin Huayuan, then walk south about 600 yards to your hotel. The airport shuttle departs about every 30 minutes; duration is about 70 minutes and ticket fare is CNY 20.
