Irish man flying to shenzen

I am visiting Shenzhen for 7 days 18th October to 25th October. I will be flying from Ireland to Amsterdam. Amsterdam to Hangzhou and Hangzhou to Shenzhen.
do I need to apply for a visa before I travel.
can I get a visa when I travel to hangzhou
can I stay in Shenzhen for 7 days
