About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

South african citizen in italy (business entry permit only) wanting to apply for china visa in Italy

hi, I am a South afrcian citizen, on a business entry permit for the EU, working out of Milan, Italy for the head Quarter company. I have no permanent residence and in the process of applying for my work permit /blue card. I have to travel to PRC for work purposes. can I apply at the chinese consultate in Milan? Or do I have to go back to South Africa and apply there? thank you

Hi Clarissa, you should wait until the blue card come out and then apply for the PRC entry permit from the CVASC office in Milan. Otherwise, I'm afraid you have to go back to South Africa to do the application.
