Which station should we get off the Airport Express to catch the 1 hour harbor  tour ?    Can we walk down to the harbor from the stations?

You should get off at the final station- HK station. From there, you can walk to Central Pier in a few minutes to take the harbour tour. BTW, the ferry departs from central at 12:15, 13:15, 14:15, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15, 19:15 and 20:15. Have fun~
