location of free shuttle service

When I get to Kowloon station, where will I find the free shuttle service?  How do I get there?

There are more than one free shuttle bus lines and different buses stop at different places. For instance, K2 has a stop at the Kowloon Hotel while K3 at Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel. Maybe you can tell your final destination, so people can tell which shuttle to take and where to take.
