I want to book an appointment for 7 people to get their visa applications done

should I enter their details online to book separate appointments even if only I am going there with their documents, or shall I enter my passport details even I am not going to travel with them

Marta, is it you who will go to the office at the scheduled date to submit all applications? If yes, you need to enter your passport details and contact number. If it's another person, you need to enter the particulars about that person. One appointment is enough for the 7 people.
