About:China Visa on Arrival

I'm holding indonesian pasport. can i apply for VOA?

Im planning go to shanghai on 14 oct for 1 month. Due to the closing of china embassy from 1-6 oct, i dont have enough time for the process. Can i apply for VOA?

Sudi, I'm afraid you can't get the VOA at Shanghai. You had better not take the risk. The application process only takes four working days, so I think you still have enough time to do it.

i want to know, if i start from jakarta and transit on hongkong, i go by train to shenzhen get the VOA and go to shanghai, can i enterance to Shanghai?
what should i do to get VOA to shanghai?thank you.
