Is any amount of baby formula allowed without declaration?

Syang, according to related rules, you can take personal items that are worth as much as CNY 2000. I believe that you still have other stuff to take, right? In this case, you'd better take no more than 2.5kg milk powder. If it exceeds 2.5kg, then you are required to pay tax. Tax rate is 5 percent.
