Train ticket to Huangshan at Pudong Airport?

Can I buy (bullet) train ticket upon arrival in Pudong airport, exactly where? Also:

1. From Shanghai to Huangshan in Jin An, Shanghai
2. From Huangshan to Beijing, in Huangshan
3. From Beijing to Shanghai (anywhere in center besides station)
4. How is the weather in Huangshan first week November?

Or can I buy them altogether some where, in advance?
