Dear Tony, there is no direct public transportation from your location to the scenic area. It shall be best to rent a car or take a taxi and the fare can be CNY120-150. If you wish to go by public transport, here is the way:walk from your apartment to Kejiyuan bus stop to take bus no. 766 to Binhuqu Dangxiang Station. Then transfer to bus no. 89 to the Buddha. The whole way takes almost two hours.
