best means of transport from hong kong airport to ymca salisbury, tsim sha tsui at 11.40pm.

Hey, it is best to take airport shuttle bus for a transfer. Take bus no. A21, which stops operating at 00:00, and get off at Middle Road, Nathan Road. Then your hotel is only 3min walking distance away.

Thanks John, you've been a great help. When there in a couple of weeks time I'll need to decide whether to chance catching the bus at that late hour (around 11.40pm) or take a taxi. Anyone know how easy it is to catch a taxi at that hour? regards, Frank.

Oh,at that time, catching a taxi is not difficult for you. In addition, for your convenience, you are suggested to take a taxi instead of bus.
