Taking MTR is an ideal choice. Take the island line to Central Station. Walk through a special pass to HK Station, where you can transfer to Tung Chung line to Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to Disney Line to the resort. The fare is HKD25.2 per person and the travel time is about 55 mins.
