You can walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui to take the MTR West Rail Line to Nam Cheong Station, where you can transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tug Chung Station (HKD16.5, 40 mins). Then walk to Tung Chung Town Center to take the bus No. 23 to Ngong Ping Station. Then walk to the Buddha. The bus fare is HKD17.2 and the travel time is about 50 mins. Tung Chung Station is about 3 miles to the airport.

I have two ways:
1. Take bus line S1 to HKIA directly.
2. Take Tung Chung line to Tsing Yi, and transfer to Airport Express to HKIA.

By bus: take shuttle bus no.A 21 and get off at Middle Road, Nathan Road. Then walk to TST in minutes.

By Airport Express: take it to Kowloon Station and transfer to free shuttle bus line K4. Get off at the first station, Sheraton Hotel & Tower/East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Then you will be at TST.
