Thanks for the earlier answer for my question to travel to Taipei, since my travel plan is changed i may have to travel a day later i.e on the 30th. so is it safe to travel to Kaohsiung, ?for 3 days, bangalore- Hongkong- Kaohsiung? or better give up the travel?
