is it safe to travel to taipei on 29th from india? any warning of Typhoon?

29th, Sep, 2015? If so, I suggest you give up on the trip. According to the latest weather forecast, there will be a typhoon landing there tonight. Your journey will be affected.1

Thanks for the earlier answer for my question to travel to Taipei, since my travel plan is changed i may have to travel a day later i.e on the 30th. so is it safe to travel to Kaohsiung, ?for 3 days, bangalore- Hongkong- Kaohsiung? or better give up the travel?
