Hi,
I'm a Canadian citizen currently studying Medical Science at Sichuan Medical University.
I will be graduating this coming week and we are required to attest our degree from our home country's embassy.

I'm just wondering, for degree attestation, can it be attested in Chongqing?
what is the procedure? how long will it take? fees?

please give me the basic information needed for degree attestation
Thank You.

Sam, you can go to the Canadian Consulate in Chongqing in person to attest your degree certificate. You just need to prepare the documents and your passport and submit the application. The fee is RMB 250 or Canadian dollars 50. For more detailed information, please contact the consulate by dialing (86-23) 6373-8007.

RMB 250 is for the whole process. The documents you need may include your passport, an application form, the degree certificate and a notarization letter. I'm not sure how long the process takes, maybe only a few days. You need to check this with the consulate.
