is 2016 a inauspicious year for marriage?

I have read that both 2015 and 2016 are both inauspicious years for marriage. I ask because I'm confused. I understand that 2017 is the next auspicious year for marriage, is this correct?

Pam, it's true that 2015 is inauspicious for wedding because it's widow year. But we can't just say 2016 (year of monkey) is inauspicious too. You should tell your date birth or zodiac sign and see if your zodiac sign contradicts with monkey. If not, I think you can get married in 2016.
