About:Great Wall of China

I want to visit China & to see great wall.But I am having knee & waist problem.

Can you advice me whether it is possible for me to avail this tour?

Jyotsna, many sections provide cable car service. You can use the cable car to get up and down. Considering your situation, I think you might visit Badaling section. After getting there, you needn't walk too long to reach the cable car terminal.
