I will go to Dali from Jinghong.
I want to know how much for bus or train and what time it leave?

Train service is unavailable for the journey, so long-distance bus is recommended. At Jihong Bus Station, two buses are on schedule daily (to Xiaguan), at 08:30 and 10:00. They are sleepers, taking almost 10 hours and costing CNY230 per person.2
