About:Sheep's Luck Prediction by Month 2025 & 2026

What is my job fate for 2015? I'm a horse, born in Jan 1979.

I see that the horoscope says that work will be progressing well and that I need to be cautious of interpersonal relationship with my colleagues.
I have problems with my current work. My boss is friendly and caring, however he never does his role as a supervisor.
Repeatedly, I need to remind him until the relationship is strained as I couldn't fulfill the task for my role. I just don't really know how to be cautious in interpersonal matters with colleagues when it's pushing me to my limit and there is no other options. I couldn't take it anymore.
I really want the role, however I am not progressing in the work and the due date is over. My boss is not supportive me getting another job. What does he wants?

You haven't realized that it's you who put yourself in a difficult situation. Everyone has his/her own abilities. Otherwise, he won't be your boss. Why did you try to remind him? To show you were much more capable or your boss was incapable? It's exactly what your boss felt. As his employee, you just need to do your job very well.

On the other hand, you are Ram. To be honest, everything seems to be against you because 2015 is your zodiac year. Anyway, please stay up and keep doing your job until 2016. If you still feel that you can't fully make use of your talent in your current job, then you can try to find another.
