How long would a taxi ride take from Liuyuan station to Mogao Caves early morning and at what price?

I don't know the exact fare, but a friend said it is around CNY400. I travel for this route like this: Liyuan - Dunhuang - Mogao Caves. Taxi from Liuyuan was CNY200 and further to Mogao Caves, it cost CNY40.
