About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

free visa 24 hour

hi..
im from indonesia
i had a bag lost in hangzhou airport, and i want to fly through to hangzhou airport, but lost and found department is on departure area, so i need to through the immigration area, can i get free transit 24 hour? so i can straight to lost and found department and back to terminal

my flight will arrive on 10.40 AM, and my next flight back to indonesia is 19.10 PM
