About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

M visa to a tourist one

Hi, i`ve been working in China now for 4 moths with a M-type. I would like to stay a few weeks more to see the country with my friends. can I get a tourist L type within mainland after my M-type expires i.e. to stay as a tourist?

Anssi, you can change the M type to an L type at the exit and entry administration office before your M type expires, so that you can stay as a tourist.
