Hello, how do i get to Yuchang Earth Tower or TianluoKeng Tulou cluster from Xiamen?

Sorry, I cannot find the first place you mentioned.
To Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster, you can take direct long-distance bus at South Hubin Bus Station. The only schedule is at 08:30. The ticket fare is CNY 48 per person.1

As I know, there is one bus scheduled at 13:50. And the bus ride is about 3 – 3.5 hours.0

Well, generally speaking, one day is too tight to tour around this scenic spot from Xiamen. It's suggested to stay at Yongding for a night. You can go to Xiamen Tourist Distributing Center. They provide such two or three days tour for you.0
