Transit Visas and Terminals

Im arriving from North korea via air koryo to Beijing which is at Terminal 2, my next flight is to Manila via China Air which is at Terminal 3, I have 12 hours wait time before my flight to Korea. Do I need to secure a Transit permit? I hold a Philippine passport.
Does transfers to different terminals require transit permits?

Ranie, you don't need to get the transit G type entry permit. You can make use of the 24-hour direct transfer policy and you can transfer to different terminals without the transit permits.
