where can I get Huawei Mate S or P8, Mate 7 in Shenyang on reasonable prices?

because I heard that Huawei is being manufactured in CHINA.

They are made in China indeed, but in the Huawei phone stores, the price is almost the same. There are several branch stores for your reference.
