About:China Train

Procedure to get reimbursed : issued tickets from Xiamen to Hangzhou we had to return for a funeral

We booked with you a train ticket from Xiamen to Hanghzhou. Tracking number T150729373 (11)
D 3206 2015 09 29 LEFEVREM and VALENTIC
We had to interrupt our travel back to France to organize and go to the funeral of a passenger's mother. What is the procedure on line and which site should we go to.

We are really sorry to know that bad news. For the delivered ticket, the passenger need to hold the paper tickets and passports to any railway station for the refund. You will get cash in CNY directly. Hope this can help you.

As we are in France it is impossible for us to go to a chinese railway station. Is there a way to get reimbursed via internet ?
