About:Hong Kong International Airport Transfer

Good day. Could you please advise if it is possible to book bus tickets from HKIA to Foshan online?

Oh, the official website doesn't have online booking service.
But actually, it's not necessary for you to book the tickets in advance. There are many schedules every day. They depart from 07:00 to 21:00 with the frequency of around 15 mins. So just buy the bus tickets when you arrive at the airport.
