Visa for aid to take care of a special child

Dear SIr,
I am a mother of a 17 yr old autistic - epileptic daughter . We moved from Singapore 11 months back. We would like to bring our trained nanny to take care of our child. We have focal certificate from Fudan university hospital stating that the child needs special urgent attention . Our Chinese helpers are unable to understand the child's language and needs . Please help us we are helpless. Thank you

I meant a medical certificate from Fudan university hospital

Linda, with the medical certificate from the hospital and your daughter's birth certificate, you can apply for the S type. If you are lucky enough to get it, you can stay in PRC for a time to take care of your daughter.
