Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is a peak near the sea shore, and you enjoy the Victoria Harbor view in the park. There are also sculptures you can see.
Well, the avenue of stars is a part of it, the best place to enjoy the harbor view and the Symphony of Lights. However, it is said that the avenue will be closed on 8th Oct. 2015.0
