Chinese American baby status in China

I'm American and my husband is Chinese. We want to have the baby in America, then come back to live in PRC. What is the best visa for myself and my baby to stay long term?

Jing, as the baby's father is Chinese citizen, you have to get a PRC travel document for the baby to enter PRC. The travel document is valid for two years, so you need to apply for new one after it expires. As for you, you can apply for the Q1 type to live together with your husband in PRC.
